OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the competent courts located in Pune, Maharashtra, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue therein.
