Refund Policy Summary

  • -In general, all purchases of single questions and credit packs are final and non-refundable.
  • -Why? We use advanced, paid AI models to generate each analysis. This means we incur an irreversible cost the moment you use a credit.
  • -In rare, eligible cases of technical failure, any approved refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

1. Our Core Refund Philosophy

Our goal is to provide a powerful, low-cost decision-making tool without the need for a recurring subscription. To achieve this, our business model is based on one-time payments for services rendered.

Because we partner with third-party paid AI providers, we incur a direct and irreversible monetary cost for every single question you analyze. Once a question credit is used and a report is generated, the cost has been spent. For this reason, we cannot offer refunds on services that have been successfully delivered.

2. Scenarios Not Eligible for a Refund

To be completely transparent, refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

  • Dissatisfaction with the AI's Suggestion: You are not satisfied with the AI's recommendation or analysis. The service is the process of analysis itself, not a guaranteed outcome.
  • Unused Credits in a Pack: You purchased a pack of questions and did not use all of them before the validity period expired.
  • Accidental Purchase: You purchased a pack or question by mistake but have already used one or more credits from it.
  • Change of Mind: You no longer need the purchased credits or have changed your mind after the purchase.

3. Exceptional Cases for Refund Eligibility

We will consider a refund only in the following exceptional circumstances, subject to verification by our team:

  • Verified Technical Failure: You paid for a service, but a verifiable technical error on our platform prevented the analysis report from being generated or delivered to you.
  • Duplicate Billing Error: You were accidentally charged multiple times for the exact same single purchase due to a payment processor error.

4. Refund Process and Timeline

If you believe you qualify for a refund under one of the exceptional cases above, please contact our support team at decideasily@gmail.com with your purchase receipt and a description of the issue.

Our team will review your request. If a refund is approved, the funds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days. The exact time may vary depending on the policies of your bank or card issuer.
